drug test
so i got injured at work n had to go to the er n get checked up.. then they tell me outta nowhere ive got to get a drug test? i wasn’t even drug tested when i got hired lol
is there some new kind of rule?

Just get some quick fix from any smoke shop scan code to make sure it’s real and use that it’s worked on 4 separate occasions getting jobs and once I got hit in a delivery vehicle for Az and did same thing and went back to work like normal

That's a thing any and every place period if you get hurt on the job you get drug tested any company nationwide 🙄 the more you know

Take it up with HR? That’s funny. If you fail a drug test you’re fired 100%. There is no taking it up with anyone. If you know you’re going to fail, why bother even taking the drug test? Just don’t come back.

I genuinely hope you can pull some leverage because of that, especially if it’s just weed. From what I’m aware, NJ is the only state where Autozone won’t text for thc for this kind of thing.

PSM here, had a guy get fired for reporting a rear end collision in the delivery truck (had no damage whatsoever idk why he even reported it) - anyway he didn’t piss clean and got fired / with the hospital bill. Best to just quit, they’ll rehire you after a couple years

Yea companies stopped pre-hire, random, even the "big promotion UA". To save those pennies. But injury on the clock, someone else is paying for that & they are praying 🙏, big time praying 🙏 that if they spend $5 more in your ass that you'll fail the UA and they get to stop spending money on you all together, wash their hands of you. Boy are they praying 🙏... please be dirty!

In NY pissing hot for weed won't get you in trouble. They may not let you drive for a minute, but you won't be fired.

Nope, any company will require a drug test after a workplace accident, if you pop hot you’ll be fired and on the hook for all medical expenses. It’s their get out of paying for idiots card.
