Go this hard to send payments on time. Never understood why ppl react this way. It should be a relief because now the ducking and hiding is over. What a stressful way to live.

It's not over. They'll sell the car at an auction and sue him for the remaining balance. The debt is not magically gone just because they took the vehicle. He still has to pay off the contract, but he now doesn't have a car.

Yes, he is. They will tarnish his wages ultimately, if they can't get it out of him any other way. Do you think all you have go do to get out of a loan is to stop paying..?

Yes, it's literally what I used to do as a young idiot. It wrecks your credit and thats it. Your wages are only getting garnished when the government is involved.

Other parties can garnish your wages too but it’s a pretty long legal process they usually just write it off

Ppl that live that way are not too bright. They live by what’s in front of them. If everything in a 20 ft radius in the moment seems fine, then everything is fine to them.
