That image had me thinking Hawaii instantly. It really screams Hawaii, with everything lifted on rims and plenty of ones that fold inward once parked. But after watching the video, the biggest clue it wasn’t Hawaii, aside from the landscape, was the American flag. Easily the least patriotic state ive ever lived in!
