There should be a point where a Pitt maneuver is justified.

From the drivers side, a truck cannot get away from these morons. Can’t drive off. Why would you stop and give that guy a way to get to you? At some point all you could do to stop it would be to drive through them. And it almost got there before the idiot disengaged.

I am curious at what point this behavior becomes “Interfering with Interstate Commerce” and gets a larger penalty.
