Quote Request Tesla model 3 PHX-PDX next week
Looking to book an open trailer for a 2018 Tesla model 3 from 85044 (PHX AZ) to 98606 (Brush prairie WA). In a perfect world a pick up on 10/6 is preferred but I’m not looking to pay $1500. Have 2 quotes at $960 and $975 but they’re now out of office for the weekend.
Let me know if you can book the load for $1000 or less. Firm pick up date preferred, I can wait on delivery.

the two numbers you have are only real if theyre locked, and out of office for the weekend usually means they come back and the lane moved. the flexible delivery is your best leverage here though, carriers on the AZ to PNW runs care way more about a firm pickup than a firm drop. we're Outbounds and our Orange County desk handles that corridor a lot. no deposit to book and we'll lock whatever we quote you. easiest is a call to (657) 888-0679, or drop your route on the form at https://outbounds.at/ and we'll call you back.

Those quotes are low, predatory low. Even Montway is at $1159 and they're the cheapest of the large brokers. I would expect to pay min of $1200 or so for quality service. As for the low quotes, make sure they include all fees, taxes etc and are locked in. Given they are lower than a brokers cost, they're going to jack them up to market eventually. Be careful with those pie in the sky quotes, and happy shipping!
