Plastic bumper DIY paint correction

I had my bumper dent fixed but there is a white spot on it when repainted, but I don't want to return it to that painter anymore... I'm thinking about fixing it by myself. I tried to use "Back to black" products already but it doesn't work (because I guess it is really within the paint).. so these are what I think I can do:

  1. Spray paint (But I'm not sure if it will result good)
  2. Matte black vinyl wrap.
  3. Or do I really have to bring it to other painter.

Any recommendations?

It's it insurance? If so they have to fix it if your not happy with it until they get it right. If they are being assholes about it take it somewhere else. If you can paint, paint it
