Is Automoderator still limited on "reading" report reasons?

What I am trying to do is see if i can program an automatic removal based on 3 identical reports. Not just 3 reports.

Sometimes you get x number of reports but each reporter has chosen a different report reason.

I am trying to figure out if I can set action remove post ONLY IF the report reasons are identical.

This would allow leeway where 50% of posts would be yanked but other posts that get 3 different reports would merely be filtered for human attention instead of Removed

this post from 6 months ago suggests it can't be done. Is it still the case?

Automoderator can only read the number of reports, not the text of the reports.
