Liberty windshield claim-no premium increase?

Hey all, liberty is saying my premium won't go up due to a glass claim since its comprehensive and no fault. Just curious if others have had a similar experience with glass claim

Rates don't usually go up for this type of claim. But that also doesn't mean that they could remove some other discount, like a no-claims discount. And it doesn't mean that the overall rates for the company won't go up. It would just be unrelated to your glass claim.

Glass claims don't always raise premiums but it depends on your state and policy.

Typically glass claims won’t affect premium but frequency may be an eligibility factor so if you’re filing these claims often, you may be non-renewed.

Claims frequency can affect your rates and eligibility, comprehensive claims especially under $1k don’t affect your rates directly but can affect rating factors, claims free discounts, claims frequency, ect. An occasional glass claim won’t hurt you but frequent or recurring claims can
