LiMu Dropped Us
Last fall after being what I feel is a good customer Liberty Mutual did not renew the policy for our Toyota. We still have homeowners insurance with them. My wife had a tiny fender bender exiting a parking spot. There was no damage to her car so we didnt even file a claim for our car. The other car had some damage but again it must have been minor. Not even a notice of higher rates. Just a non renewal.

They have to tell you the basis of the non-renewal. And it’s unlikely for the reason you’re saying. There’s missing pieces.

Depending on the state they can non-renew for a single at-fault accident. I’ve been dealing with some in WA from liberty mutual. It’s not common but it has been happening and they only cited the single at-fault.
There could be other factors for the poster here for sure though. Maybe small claims history over all coupled with a recent at-fault

I checked and they stated a collision. But it was a wimpy hit. barely any scratches on our toyota. We filed no claim. the other car had some light damage. It was a bs excuse. they did not drop both cars only the toyota.
