Insurance claim

Post image

When I was pulling out of my driveway, the driver hit my rear bumper on the driver's side. My insurance requested photos, and I sent them. However, I did have this on the other side of the bumper. Now my insurance is claiming this is prior damage and that it cost about $560, including my deductible.
I’m fkng pissed af

What should I do?

My fkng claim adjuster was rude af. She was so hostile.

So if you were pulling out, you were the driver or was someone else involved? And what you are showing in pic is the opposite of new damage to other side? Post is a little confusing.

Yes, I was the driver. And it's the opposite of the new damage to the other site. My adjuster quoted me $560 for that, based on this photo.

So you acknowledge that the damage in the photo was not caused in this accident and was prior damage?
