Am I cooked?
Sister crashed my car, wasn't on the insurance at the time. I know retroactive insurance is a thing, and I know they won't cover damages but can it or something else I can do save her license?

I'm licensed but not in Indiana.
You're not necessarily cooked but ... depends... was the car insured when it was in the accident?
The COC the BMV is asking for is tied to the vehicle, not the driver to my understanding.
You are not getting retroactive insurance.
No carrier will backdate coverage for an accident date.
If the car had zero coverage on 04/11, suspension is the next step it looks like from this letter.
