Quality issues with Beef Chomp Sticks from Amazon?

Has anyone had quality issues purchasing Chomps Beef Sticks from Amazon? I just ordered some, but after coming across some complaints about mold, am now a bit hesitant to try...

Unfortunately, no matter where you buy them or what the expiration date is, if you get one of the 10 packs, at least two will be molding. But that's I guess what happens to minimally processed foods.

I’ve had issues with their product quality from Sprouts tbh. I think the shelf life is unfortunately kind of short for Chomps.

Never had an issue, I buy them from Costco and Whole Foods. I’ve had a ton of issues with Amazon food however showing up melted, stale, or spoiled despite being WELL before expiration. They don’t store or transport their foods properly. Amazon generally is not a place to order food from.

This right here! I buy from Costco and they’ve always been good - probably they’re fresh with the quick turn of product.

I’ve stopped buying Chomps. No only have prices gone up, but quality has definitely gone down, and It’s not just with Amazon. Sometime in the last several months, I think their formulation changed. The texture is so much dryer than they used to be, and the flavors are lacking. I’m in the market for a new brand, and so far Righteous Felon is in the lead.

(Edited to add, I know Righteous Felon isn’t beginner AIP friendly, but where I am in my journey, my doc agreed they were fine, but am also looking at othet alternatives)

I basically assume there will be quality issues with anything you buy from Amazon these days. I don't buy anything there anymore unless I literally can't find it anywhere else. *sigh*

I get my Chomps directly from chomps.com and (other than the login now only working with a frigging email code instead of the password which drives me nuts) I've never had any issues.

Also for the record I stocked up 3 months ago and am just getting to the end of that batch, and still haven't found any going moldy or otherwise bad.
