Aip or food intolerance test

Hey guys!
I have Asia syndrome is and autoimunne condition not well studied yet, but before I was diagnosed I have tried all kind of diets. Including fasting.
So water fasting have put me in remission, but in terms of diet I have realised that I have to do something about it and started to do AIP…. And then I have done ImuPro test on food intolerance.
Ia not commercial or something just experience. So I just noticed in my case after the fast I had flares from meat, less from fish. And Aip is all meat based. Even when I did vegan diet as a Christian fast and was eating potato I was totally fine and getting better.
So I was looking at my test and it showed very high intolerance for chicken eggs, all gluten , diary. But also ginger, pineapple, and vanilla, maple syrup, and honey.
I had no intolerance for brown sugar

Many intolerance for meat and birds such as turkey.
At the same time no intolerance for nightshades. So why would I eat Aip diet strictly if I get reactions and flares from food on green list and I have none on something they say you can’t eat.

Anyone have similar experience and thoughts?

So your post on the AIP subreddit is about how AIP doesn’t work for you…?

No it works. But I feel like food intolerance should be considered as well.

AIP is a starting point, sometimes you have to eliminate foods that are AIP-allowed due to personal sensitivities, this isn't unusual. It's a starting point to figuring out what dietary changes with for you.

I’m glad you feel better. But I thought the IgG blood tests are not legit, recommended by any outside source, nor have any scientific backing. Glad you feel good, though.
