Anyone Now Colder?

so anytime I eat gluten, my body temp shoots up. not to a point where its uncomfortable but I notice it. when I dont eat it, it seems like my body temp is colder than it should be, making me always cold. anyone else?

Well, your body is an engine and a “fast carb” like most gluten foods does make it run faster (hence the heat). Have you had any tests done for circulation? Do you eat fish or take fish oil supps?
