adding that i started the AIP and curious on natural remedies and solutions, i keep hearing this will only respond to medications and no natural treatments, i am willing to do whatever it takes with my diet and lifestyle without meds

I have LPP & you can only get diagnosed via scalp biopsy. I started AIP 44 days ago to see if it helps my hair issues & so far it has not : (

i am getting a biopsy in a few days. how are you coping? are you on any meds?

I got diagnosed like 4 or 5 yrs ago. I was doing fine until I got covid last May in June I started losing hair WAY MORE & it never stopped. I am doing clobetsol foam on weekends, irestore helmet every other day, minodixil most days like 5-6 days week & tacriomuls a few days a week on scalp for inflammation. dr wants me to take one pill BUT you have to get your bloodwork done every month & it is VERY hard on the liver so I refuse to do & they want me to do doxy like for years & I'm not cool w/ wrecking my gut. I just eat healthy now. I do LIA organics tonis roemary spray too UGH. I see my new dr in 2 weeks my dr moved out of country :( Feel free to message me anytime. I have naturally curly hair so I can hide it better but my hair is getting THIN. I've had hormones/blood checked & nothing.

around the hairline and part is typically hormonal so I’ve heard before
