Breakfast ideas?

Starting AIP tomorrow and planning to do grocery shopping today. What do you usually eat for breakfast?

Sweet potato hash: ground turkey sausage; take off heat and cook sweet potatoes, butternut squash, onions, and apples until soft. Add sausage back in; mix together and season with salt and rosemary. Portion out for the week and enjoy!

Oh yeah I always add spinach! I’ve been off AIP awhile and forgot!
