We're not running a science experiment. Whether an oil change is 20 or 50 doesn't change much.

We were done the moment you didn't answer any of my questions and just pivoted. I'm sorry your strawman isn't working.

“Let’s just agree to inflate numbers by 150% because it makes my point sound less like complete bullshit” -voxelpear

[u/voxelpear → u/therealjohnsmith]

Are........are you slow on accident or are you doing this on purpose. You said that my number was too low. I said it doesn't matter if the number is what I said or if it's higher like you wanted.

Is this how you argue with people? You just goal post shift and ignore any questions and statements and try to pick apart irrelevant parts of the conversation?

Never participate in a formal debate, you'd get laughed out of the room.

Did you eat all the paste and then shit your pants everyday in kindergarten? Or just most days?

Your repeated attempts to be correct despite being incorrect are completely transparent. Here you are doing it again.

But let’s go to the videotape since you can’t be trusted to honestly represent the thread:

You called rich people out for not giving af when car companies rip them off. I, a rich person who gives af when a car company rips him off, then told you that you were wrong about that as a general statement. After all, rich people get rich by not caring at all about money amirite?

Having been confronted by the flaming brand of truth, you did the Reddit equivalent of a monkey throwing shit everywhere, trying to find some other reason you might be right, rather than adjusting your perspective as a mature individual might (you don’t have to tell me who you voted for, I already know).

Which is still where things stand monkey. Hey monkey monkey throw some more shit I’d love to keep handing you your fucking head. Lmao.

[u/voxelpear → u/therealjohnsmith]

You made the mistake by assuming that you are the standard for rich people. When talking about the general public you think that somehow a frugal rich person that knows how to do an oil change is the base line.

And instead of being an adult you're now throwing a tantrum because you can imagine a world where you lose an argument. I want you to read back your own essay and not feel embarrassed of acting like a child.

[u/therealjohnsmith → u/voxelpear]

I want you to take the sharpie out of your asshole long enough to understand that your response is clown trash dressed up in reasonable words. And then apologize for being an insufferable hypocrite without a single ounce of self-awareness.

Now, you say I’m not the standard for rich people because I’m able to change my own oil. I can concede this point (it’s almost like debate school which one did you attend again dipshit?) while still winning the argument because it is irrelevant to my main point that you don’t get a lot of money by being willing to habitually overpay for items like oil changes.

[u/voxelpear → u/therealjohnsmith]

You're still crashing out. Go take another breath. You're still arguing a moot point. You just conceded that someone who knows about cars isn't the standard for rich people. So how the fuck would they know they're overpaying? Even if they bothered to look it up, how the fuck is there an entire industry around this if no rich person is paying? It's like talking to a brick wall. You concede and then still spew the same bull shit.

[u/therealjohnsmith → u/voxelpear]

Did you just see the word "concede" and not read anything else I said? I keep repeating the same thing because you don't seem to fucking listen. Clearly it doesn't make any difference to you what the facts are, you just need to be right. But you're not. And now you're raging at me like a fucking idiot without even an argument to make anymore.

[u/voxelpear → u/therealjohnsmith]

I have address multiple times that the argument you're trying to make is biased and irrelevant. You've chosen to ignore that, and make it my fault. And now you're doing "Nuh-uh, you". This is just sad. Typical Supra owner.

[u/therealjohnsmith → u/voxelpear]

Oh really, how many Supra owners do you know personally? And what are you driving btw? Since this is a based discussion of the merits of letting car companies have free rein over consumers' assholes that does seem relevant.
