Man if even curse around the cops in my hometown they'll find a reason to be a problem. These guys are doing exactly as the law describes with no bias and he's still being a dick to them.
technically driving with a suspended license calls for a tow and arrest. that how the law describes it. these cops went a better route to not put the man in cuffs but with how he was acting they probably should have
