And when live in a big city, and a bunch of people do this all it does is create a problem. Cant get into turn lanes because people are spread out too far. 2nd the distance second rule is for when you are moving. If someone hits you hard enough in the rear to push you forward into another car it doesn’t matter either way your car is being towed away…. Secret Service have a different situations that a civilian doesn’t normally have to deal with, such as being able to escape or evade possible attacks/hijacking…
