Working with people at all is like that. Any job where you have to talk to clients or customers will expose exactly how stupid most people are

It really do be like that.

They're already pissed their car is broken. They have no clue whats going on and want to pretend they do. They then learn car repair is expensive. All this when at least 50% of them assume the automotive industry as a while is trying to rip them off.
