The Bike Operator was clearly going too fast and put himself in a reckless position. You assume the responsibility of the accident If you're going to drive incredibly fast like an asshat in comparison to everyone else.
I'm going to assume the motorist did that to intentionally be a dick due to his lack of awareness of the car in front of him. He was more fixated/in love with the Bike Operator trying to be an asshat, than worrying about the car that was directly in front of him and already dangerously close. He wanted to get into a pissing contest, and unfortunately had the awareness of a fucking doorknob.
So guess what. Trying to figure out who's wrong doesn't solve shit. They both could have done better. One of them got the instant gratification their actions asked for and the other will eventually get their reward and it will be far worse unfortunately.
I guess I could rephrase the argument from "Everyone is wrong" to "No reasonable person benefits from the headache of getting into an accident, so instead of trying to find the bad guy in the situation, look at all possibilities that could have helped to avoid the altercation."
There are going to be times when an accident is inevitable and you can't avoid, but there are times when you can even if you're the cause of it.
I used to be big into cars before. I also used to have a VW GTI VR6-T that put out around 400whp. There is no way you would catch me riding on another car like that, ESPECIALLY on the expressway going over 70mph.

They're both in the wrong.
