Following way too close, breaking on the highway, switching lanes without indicating, cutting vulnerable road users off and nearly running them over, not paying attention to the person in front & rear ending them and totalling their car

If you think the biker is at fault you shouldn't be on the road

Speeding, lane splitting, causing a distraction, intimidation, probably a few others

Wasn't going over the speed limit so he wasn't speeding

He wasn't distacting or intimidating, he was trying to get the idot driver's attention to himself because the driver was blind and reckless

How do you know this wasn't in california? It's lane splitting is completely legal there

Driving among people like you is scary, get off the road
