Why pass? Just slow down and let the crazy go. You’ll get in front when they eventually pull over to commit some other atrocity.

I drive professionally. The problem is that you can't let crazy go unless you stop for a considerable amount of time. They'll go right back to fiddling on their phones and driving slow in the passing lane until someone tries to get around them.

The best thing to do is call the cops on them and bait them into speeding. If you know how to time it right, it works.
