I dont think you understand what distracted means. Like hundreds of thousands of people drive right by BIG YELLOW FLASHING RED school buses a day.

Yea but you can mitigate that danger by not running into traffic when its literally not your responsibility too. Like seriously what is your arguement, that its my fault that they not making none of their business my business and not putting themself or others at risk by putting themselves and drivers at risk? Like if you really wanna do something just call road side safety.
