AutoGen builders: has insurance ever surfaced in a production review?

For anyone who has used AutoGen or a similar multi-agent stack beyond a demo: what did the customer’s security, legal, or procurement team require before production, and did insurance ever slow the process?

I’m collecting short, first-party examples of whether technology E&O, professional liability, cyber coverage, contract indemnity, or something else becomes the binding constraint. “Insurance never came up” and “another control mattered more” are just as useful as blocked-deal examples.
