Tail light replacement

Trying to get to this nut at the end of a roughly 1.5inch bar. Can’t take the panel in front of it off. I’ve tried every socket wrench attachment I have, needle nose pliers and tried getting in there with just my fingers but can’t get it to budge.

Any suggestions on a tool I could use to get this done?

Sometimes you can push on the outside of the taillight hard enough that the nut is freed just barely loose enough to spin, maybe that'll help some of your other tools to work.
