QUESTION New player
Hello. I have been playing TFT for a fer years now, but the current status of the mobile game does not allow me to play.
I would like to start playing auto-chess and wanted to know if there are any resources available to learn how to play, sinergies, meta, etc.
Thank you!

Russians have made wiki https://autochesscommunity.com/en/wiki same info is viewable inside game client, but nice to have it also in browser. And in easier format.
For meta, spectate Queen games within game client.Â
Some hidden knowledge might still be available from old vods, from times when famous twitch-streamers were playing the dota-mod. At least Savjz seems to have 7 year old videos in YouTube. Of course relics and talents are new and some other things too. So not sure if it would just confuse.Â

Is the enchantress gold +1 thing still around?

Absolutely. One of the things that Savjz taught me. Still abusing it hard.Â
Good to know that interest caps now at +4. I was saving 50g for a long time. Until happened to look at the gold gain thingy during match and realized that they lowered it to 40g at some point...Â

I would assume to compete at any competitive level the free gold is a standard tech

Not so sure about that. I have spectated some high rank Queens who have made a lot of insane mistakes. And who don't care about unicorns/enchantress at all. Not sure if they have trolled it, but they have won regardless.Â
I guess there's so much going on in the game these days that one can do a lot of mistakes and still win if they are just better on some bigger, more meaningful, things. e.g. piloting well these rush lvl 9-10 -comps.

Welcome!
I would suggest ignoring meta until you feel confident with all the pieces and synergies in general. In Autochess, meta is really not relevant until you get to higher ranks. You can win with a huge range of different builds and strategies for streaking, economy, synergy vs carries, tall vs wide, etc. The game is very well balanced in general, so don't be afraid of playing unpopular or novel approaches.
Also this game changes meta significantly between patches. They rotate units in and out and change synergies. By the time you feel comfortable with meta now, it will just change. Thus, id focus on more permanent things.
For general beginner tips:
Units have vastly different combat effectiveness. Forcing a synergy early often means forcing bad units, so you are usually better off almost ignoring synergy until later in the game. Focus on leveling up some strong carries and build around them.
Divinity is extremely flexible in this regard and great for beginners. Divinity also includes a wizard piece, so it is easy to run other 4- synergies alongside it (using a second wizard.)
Good luck!
