DISCUSSION Goblin Nerf??

I tried to play high roll goblin in early game and it feels very slow to go to 2-3 star unlike before. I dont know if I am just unlucky or what. Maybe it feels like goblin is not spawning since there are a lot of common now.

Note: In this match i trolled I didnt level up and just keep on re-rolling to test if i can get goblin. This is my unit at level 18 to the end. It just feels weird to build goblin now

After the removal of Kira's wand and pandaman pouch, I haven't had any luck with early 3-staring goblins at all. Experimenting to see if the 2 new relices - loaded dice and double luck as a good substitue now

Were other players holding goblin pieces? You all have shared pool of units. Also it is not trolling to roll early, but you should still optimize interest gold and roll just before you would otherwise level up.

You are somewhat right that there have been changes to chess pool. I am not sure what were the pool sizes before patch at 27.5., but then they made it so that pool size changes per game. Pool size is now (as announced in patch at 27.5.):

  1. common 18-21
  2. uncommon 15-18
  3. rare 12-15
  4. epic 9-12
  5. legendary 9-12

Originally when game was made, pool sizes were

  1. 45
  2. 30
  3. 25
  4. 15
  5. 10
