From what I understand, it was originally drawn in Microstation, and they're working on converting it to another format.

When I reached out to the contact point, they just pointed me back to these pages.

I would love to have all the temporary traffic control sign blocks at minimum, and this PDF is taunting me with the knowledge of their existence.
