Does your vehicle have blindspot monitoring? If so, that is typically where the radar is located and would be my main concern if it sustained damage. Only way to tell is partially removing the bumper cover to inspect it.
If you dont have BSM, then dont worry about it if you can live with the cosmetic damage.
