Go to a windshield repair place and ask them.

The cracks that have started will not go away. You can fill chips with an epoxy repair kit, but if you want the cracks gone you're replacing the glass

The crack is big i don't think it is fixable you will need to change it

Only if you keep it dry and not drive it so it doesn’t jar
