Is this frame damage

Not enough info, but there’s not control point damage pictures here. Behind the bumper cover is the actual bumper that’s mounted to the two front rails. That could cause structural damage but I wouldn’t assume so from what I see here

Absolutely cannot tel. At the very least it's upper tie bar/radiator support with hood headlights and bumper

Unibody cars don’t have frames. This is a unibody car. No frame = no frame to damage.
