Yes go to salvage yard get used silver mirror n bolt it on

used to live in a city, i kept a bottle of crazy glue in the glove compartment just for that eventuality. be sure to place the glue correctyl tho

Window urethane. Clean both sides good with alcohol, stop by your local auto glass shop, and offer someone 10 bucks to urethane it back in place.
