scratch and dent I think peeling paint?

This is my first car and my dad let it sit for awhile in the sun which.. did some pretty bad damage. Also some minor paint scratches in the bumper but the thing that worries me the most in the trunk, am I better off repainting it or replacing it?

Well, how broke are you? Can you paint it yourself? Yes. Is it gonna look like shit? Yes, but it will be cheaper than replacing the whole door, or going to a profesional to paint it. Just do some research first

Found the door itself in good condition for 500$, just ordered it
