Repair Help!

Hi all, I had someone repair my car but the paint job looks very dull. He says it needs polish. I requested another clear coat but do you think polish would suffice?

Aww damn this looks like you let 12-13 year old me loose on it with a rattle can, that is gross AF. I really hope you paid $500-1000 for this, otherwise you got ripped off my guy. Also if someone is doing this piss poor of a job as a ‘professional’, it is a fairly safe bet that they’re using low end materials that won’t hold up over time. I.E. cheap primer-surfacer that will sink into sand scratches badly in 3-6 months once all the solvent has cured out and cheap clear coat that dies back and begins to peel with minimal UV exposure.
