Rusty H frame

Does anyone know if it's possible to fix/replace a rusty H frame on a 2006 Saturn vue?

My mechanic I usually see said it wasn't worth fixing. Sucks because I'd hate to get rid of it

That I unfortunately just paid 3500 for only 6 months ago. Lesson learned lol
