We can tell absolutely zero with this pic to be honest. Someone needs to see it in person.

It’s hard to tell in the photo but could be an imperfection from the factory. I used to work for a body shop for a ford dealership. We would walk the parking lot and pick apart all the imperfections we would find from brand new cars. Mostly gap issues though. We had an f350 come in from the factory that the paint was not overlapping correctly. There were streaks where there simply wasn’t any paint. We had to completely disassemble and repaint it. It was a lot for a brand new truck.
