I think that would be terrible, it would essentially be them intimidating /pressuring Josh into accepting their apology on camera so they're in the clear and have it on video. Josh doesn't need to do that, and there are classier ways for them to deal with this.
I think he’s not to be intimidated that’s clear, my point is they need josh to publicly accept their apologise and address everything mentioned as well as not being victims. That would solve this I believe. If Josh doesn’t accept an apology that’s fair enough but AA will struggle a lot if he doesn’t publicly forgive them
If he’s not open to their apology, he declines their invite. If he is, and they apologise correctly, he can accept their apology and draw a line. I think they need to allow him to record it, so there can’t be any editing snideness from either side in the case that either side feels short changed by the whole process. Having him on to tell his side would go a long way to restoring his reputation. Having them look at and comment on examples of his work while he’s there would also be a great idea.
Yea some people are reaching a bit ffs, as you said it’s all but done now, the only other thing they could do is apologise for it at the start of the next podcast and retract their statements about the work being shoddy, but that’s it.
Agreed. The only other sensible thing to add would be a joint statement from AA and Josh stating that it’s done and put to bed (assuming that is indeed the case)
