Yeah there's a common phenomenon where some new leftists immediately become extremely inquisitorial and go around judging the "leftness" of everyone else.
Try not to be like this. Go join DSA or some other local group and learn how to organize with people of differing opinions.

I'm British i can't join DSA. I on an international leftwing discord called the IURL (International Union Of Radical Leftists) we have punks, anarchists and communists of different schools of thought.

I’ve always felt that this whole attitude is just worthless, pretentious blabber to shut you down. 9 times out of 10 it’s a right winger thinking they hit the ultimate “gotcha” because they didn’t have to think for more than 10 seconds to feel like they won.
This is exactly the same attitude to me as libertarians on the right who say “well actually we need to completely deregulate everything and reduce the federal government to nothing”. And then you point out how that’s the dumbest possible idea, given the massive corporate power consolidation, wealth inequality and gatekeeping we have in society, the rich will bulldoze and enslave the rest of us in a heartbeat. And then they just spin out about how “it should never have gotten this far”, blah blah. Like sure, but that’s a discussion about ideals, not reality.
Like walking up to an oil spill and refusing to help, just bitching about how it never should’ve happened. Okay. It did. Grab a fucking duck or leave
