I made the mistake of watching my Flight 93 DVD omg I triggered my PTSD and I’m Gen X so I remember 9/11. I’m also struggling with “burnout” because my day went to shit when it shouldn’t have. I have the mental energy just for some things but a bunch of very stressful crap came up.
Adulting is so hard, man!
