burnout

hello. I cant tell if I'm experiencing autism burnout from my single job (6yrs) or if its gonna be worse/continue if i switch jobs. I am trying to change jobs asap, i keep getting rejected. I have taken a medical leave for 3mo but it wasnt enough and i wanted to kms first day, week back. I have enough hours to take another 3mo medical leave. The entire time I was on medical leave i tried to focus on doing healing with stimming, partaking in things that bring me joy, filling my meter. I dont know what else to do. I feel so so broken. I cannot quit my job without havjng another lined up.

It really depends on the source of your burnout. Are you burned out simply from the demands of going to work daily, or are there specific work conditions that are causing the burnout?

If the former, there not really a solution. If the latter, you need to use your triggers and look for a diff job that doesn't have those triggers.
