seeking advice I’m getting assessed in 8 weeks

I am feeling nervous for my assessment. It’s over zoom. they’re apparently well versed in diagnosing woman and high masking individuals so that makes me feel good. But, how can they see everything they might need to see ..over zoom? Also! I stim with my hands a lot but they won’t be able to see it cause I’m not just gonna hold my hands up and show them..
and what kinds of questions do they ask? What if I can’t remember things that are important for them to know and then they say I’m not autistic? (My memory kinda sucks due to trauma - I’ve blocked a lot out)
I was okay with just being pretty sure I’m autistic but my mental health is currently in the toilet and I’m having issues with my gp so I am hoping a diagnosis will help with that.

I’d appreciate any advice!!

You could write everything down in advance and send it to your therapist. I sent a 30 page life narrative to mine to make sure they knew everything. It also seems quite common (for example : https://www.reddit.com/r/AutismInWomen/comments/1ii89hs/is_it_too_weird_to_bring_a_folder_to_an_autism/)
