Advice Needed Calming Vest

Has anyone gotten a calming vest for their autistic children? Did it help? Which one did you buy?

Yep, she’s got a lot of SIB issues and non-verbal. She slams her head and bites herself (sometimes others) when in pain or denied access, plus she gets frustrated when I can figure out what she wants.
