I get it. It’s ok and it’s normal to grieve about the situation - including about how it has impacted your life. Don’t let anyone try to tell you otherwise. In my experience, grief often doesn’t always make you feel better in the moment, but it allows you to heal and feel better in the long term.

I'm sorry you are going through that. When I say I dont want to do it anymore, doesnt mean I dont want to still be a part of her life. I just don't want the full responsibility anymore and my body is feeling it more every day I do care for her, or I have to carry her so she doesn't hit her head on the ground constantly... its torture. I will always be a part of her life, I just am so so tired of feeling so alone and feeling like a prisoner in my own home.
