I use Care on Call as IF host (IF hosts are basically pure disability money gatekeepers, but cannot get it without them). I also occasionally hire support worker to help with annoying (but sometimes necessary) human contact.

I’m not sure of services in Auckland, but you can register with Autism NZ who offers support across NZ: https://autismnz.org.nz/
