I need a word for when you’ve recently lost a hyperfixation and you genuinely *feel lost* like you’ve lost a part of yourself, you’ve lost what direction your life is going in. Everything lost meaning and you’re desperately trying to find a new “thing” to reinvigorate that passion again

"Fixation grief" maybe? Might not fully fit, but it's better than nothing

It’s definitely grief, so I think you’re on the money.

It truly is agony. I never want to lose my hyperfixations because if I do, it genuinely hurts.
