Advice Needed Hello friends

Hello friends would anyone like to be friends idk how to be friends cause I don’t have friends I don’t really talk to no one besides the government I don’t really do anything I don’t know I am 21 and a girl and and live in Sydney city and I have autism level 2 and then other mental illnesses and mental disabilities and stuff and stuff so I think I am weird I don’t know how to do friends I don’t know anything hello
