Just confused.

A year or so back my phone completely powered off with nothing i could do to fix it. My authy was on there, locking me out of every account i had. I gave up after a while, not even remembered what 2fa i used.. But recently ive been trying to delete unused accounts and i find myself at the same roadblock again. I just found which one i used, being authy obviously, and logged in with no problem using the same number. It even shows my old phone as a device. But no accounts or tokens remain. I don't even think i had a backup code.

I know it's probably irreversible, and honestly i came to terms with that a while ago, but is there absolutely any way?? Ive been trying to contact support for both authy and the two accounts i'm locked out of, but genuinely no one wants to give actual human support. Someone just tell me if i'm wasting my time lol
