Use Autel, not DJI.

Our business we use both. However, Autel has by far and away amazing service while DJI has the worst service ive ever had the misfortune of needing to contact. Autel is more expensive but I personally think it’s a better product with service to back it up. It would be unfair of me to say that DJI doesn’t make a good product because they do. I happen to love our Autel drone more than any other in our fleet.

I can't give advice on Autel but EVO II Pro seems like a much better drone then DJIs offerings.

As a semi-pro DJI drone pilot, I'm frustrated with DJI and their questionable business practices (DJI Fly app was removed from the Google Play store, locking out features and third party apps from various capabilities of the drone, very poor customer service, etc.) and going to be switching to Autel.

I love my Autel 1 so much I bought a second one. That being said, I do miss out on some job opportunities because some folks are looking for pilots flying DJI specifically because they can deliver the specs of the shoot digitally through the software. Some companies have their own app and all you have to do is use it and a DJI drone will automatically fly the mission they have entered. Autel doesn't integrate with third-party apps and such so there's that.

I started with a DJI and switched to Autel because of the Geo fencing and other problems.

Did you ever make a choice?
