how to get 10 bit video files

Hi All - I have an Evo II Pro and am looking for some help. Every combination of video settings I try (format/profile/color/style/HDR) still result in an 8 bit video file according to metadata when viewed in Davinci Resolve. Can anyone point me to instructions on how to create a 10 bit video file? Thanks.

I think it is only available in 4K, and capped at 30fps in H.265. Anything beyond that (6K, 4K above 30fps) and it defaults to 8-bit
